The present investigation tries to discover which is the social imaginary of the Health Reformation in Chile, from the perspective of three sectors (State, Medical Association and National Federation of University Professionals of the Health Services), in a 13 year-old space-temporary trajectory and its relationship with the construction of the social reality in that environment. Qualitative methodology and the software ATLAS.ti 4.2 was used for the speech critical analysis. The results indicate that it is possible to visualize the symbolic dimension of maximum consent for the three sectors or institutionalized social imaginary and the symbolic dimension of maximum disagreement for the three sectors or not shared permanent imaginary. Conclusions are described in theoretical, methodological and applied terms.
