Abstract
In the book Observando sistemas de la periferia de la sociedad moderna, translated into Portuguese and published as Sistemas de Observação da Periferia da Sociedade Moderna (Editora Instituto Trópicos. Brazil, 2024), the author, Raúl Zamorano Farías, observes how the social and semantic structures of this periphery of modern society are configured and stabilized: the system of science, politics, law, health, as well as the functioning of organizational systems in the processes of constructing social order. That is, how in the periphery structures have been created and stabilized that, on the basis of experience, operate and guide not only the functioning of the systems, but fundamentally the expectations of the social order.Keywords:
